Ack, I love this! I recently started a slow pile, though I can't say our regular piles are all that fast to begin with, but this one I'm incorporating more 'weeds' and woody matter that I wouldn't have done in the other, quicker piles. Love the newsletter!
I did ... went to it on your IG and then found it elsewhere. It really connects up nicely with some other thinking I’ve been doing about how I can engage with the world. I’m one of those people who avoids catastrophizing by nature, as it’s just hard for me to rest in that “it’s all going to hell” emotional state, but there’s a part of me that feels it and knows that one of the ways I can deal with it is to live and be differently in the world.
