How could I possibly be hungry after stuffing myself over the holidays but I am after reading your post. Everything sounded yummy. I, personally, just finished off the last of a delicious turkey soup my sister in-law made after stewing down the turkey carcass. I told her she could put the remaining bones in our city given green, curbside compost bin. “Really?”, she asked with wide eyes. Really. At my mom’s complex they don’t have green compost bins. Frustrates me. I take all the green compost from my mom’s place home to my green can. Small contribution but I think every little bit helps. P.S. That was a wonderful Greek visit. We will have to do it again sometime.
